Not completely satisfied with your order? And you want to return it for a refund? No worries! We have an easy return policy.

- Print and fill out this Return Form and include it in your return package.

You can return jewelry within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. You can only return the item if it is undamaged and unworn. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Did you order your items during a sale/promotion?
Sale items can be returned. If you wish to return items that you purchased during a sale, please make sure to return all products if you want a full refund. Want to keep one or more items? No worries. Please note that your order amount will be recalculated based on the products you wish to keep.

Refund Policy

If you purchased something on Naad Jewellery, but:

• you did not receive the correct products, or
• you have not received your products within the guaranteed delivery time (45 days), you get a full refund from us.

However, we cannot provide you with a full refund in the following circumstances:

Votre commande n'est pas arrivée à cause d'erreurs sous votre responsabilité (par exemple, la fourniture d'une adresse de livraison incorrecte). Votre commande n'est pas arrivée suite à des circonstances indépendantes de la volonté de Naad Jewellery (comme des problèmes de dédouanement ou des catastrophes naturelles). Si vous avez passé votre commande lors d'une vente, vous pouvez tout de même modifier le contenu de votre commande en optant pour d'autres produits.
